This project included the upgrade of the entire apartment block as a result of a fire order placed on it by the local council.

Scope included fire separation of apartments, the supply and installation of fire rated entrance doors, installation of a dry fire electrical system, fire rating of existing penetrations, and upgrading all existing balustrades and handrails.

Critical for this project was the budget and completing the works in a timely fashion including all necessary certification to ensure that the works were completed by the required date set by council.
