This project included the demolition of existing structures and design and construction of a new granny flat.

Limedow Constructions managed the project from the initial design stages through to completion. Of importance to our client, this project was completed in a short time frame of only 20 weeks as a complying development.

This project was built to be maintenance free for the long-term future as our client uses it as an investment property. They also wanted to separate this granny flat from the majority of the market by having quality fixtures and fittings meaning that the property will be easily rented.
